The focus of this course congress is to discuss how, through the lens of LGBTQ2+ community, we can support healthcare collaboration when there are team differences that can lead to vulnerability and marginalization.
We invite you to step outside of your comfort zone and explore different roles in the case study we are presenting. Think beyond your current area of expertise, collaborating with us to create a teaching resource to support interprofessional collaboration not just applicable to working with the LGBTQ2+ community. This resource should embrace elements that are transferable to all whose voices may be silenced in today's health discourse.
Our measurement of effectiveness tool will be a combination of pre and post tests. This will identify the strength and impact of our information presented.
